Who looks after your information
TJ Owusu / Axiom Creativity manages this website and mailing list. For privacy questions or requests, email tjowusumusic@gmail.com.
The mailing list
When you choose to subscribe, your email address is used to send TJ’s music news, live dates and occasional notes about the songs. Subscribing is optional and based on your consent. You can withdraw that consent using the unsubscribe link in an email, or by contacting TJ.
EmailOctopus stores the subscriber list and delivers emails on our behalf. It also processes the subscription information needed to operate the form and manage delivery. Its providers may process information outside the UK, including in the USA, under the safeguards described in its data processing terms and subprocessor list.
We keep your subscription information while you remain subscribed and the list is active. After you unsubscribe, limited records may be retained to respect your opt-out and handle delivery or privacy requests. You can ask us to delete your information. We do not sell the mailing list.
Contacting TJ
If you email us, we use your address and message to respond and manage the enquiry. We retain correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any related booking, business or record-keeping responsibilities.
Website and external services
The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Hosting providers process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to serve and protect the website. The site does not include an added advertising pixel or analytics script.
The signup form is supplied by EmailOctopus. Fonts are supplied by Google Fonts. Video and music players connect to YouTube, Apple Music or Spotify when you choose to load them; video thumbnails may load from YouTube when a page opens. These services receive technical information and apply their own privacy policies. External links, including the Relevance pre-save, take you to separately operated services.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, or request that we restrict or stop using it where applicable. To make a request or raise a concern, email tjowusumusic@gmail.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
